The aim of the People, Technology & Operations division is to enable and empower the FIFA team by creating efficient structures, providing core services and nurturing a positive working culture that helps us all to achieve our goals.  

The division contributes towards Goal 11 through principles that include Optimise FIFA’s administrative processes.
