A National Dispute Resolution Chamber (NDRC) is an independent arbitration tribunal, established at national level within the framework of the association and/or a collective bargaining agreement on the principle of equal representation to offer swift, specialized and cheaper mechanisms in order to resolve disputes within the local/national context.
